I sense the Year 2018 – a year of new beginnings for many ready for change.
I hear the Lord say: тАЬThis is the year of the тАШOpen Door.тАЩ Hands off to what I am about to do for you where you have no part to play except to be a joyful and thankful receiverтАЭ.
God is opening new doors in your life that no one can shut.
Some of the closed doors you have been knocking on are opening тАУ in answer to prayer.
Unexpected doors for your good are also flying open. This is your season 0f break-through. тАУ A year of divine favor. Your good is coming to you in surprising ways. Decree it and receive it!
The Lord says:
тАЬI am building My Church; I am birthing a rapid-fire prophetic people in these days; a people of power, a people of praise who will move through this land by My Spirit and will glorify My NameтАЭ тАУ This is the year of the JoshuaтАЩs.
тАЬI am winding up the old, and ushering in the new; replacing old methods, with new ones. My ways are higher than your ways and thoughts higher than your thoughts.
тАЬAs you come in agreement with others in prayer for the vision-prophecies directions I give you, you will bring it to birth quickly and not like a pregnant mother awaiting delivery nine months later. тАШтАжbefore you call I will answer and while you are yet speaking I will listen.тАЩтАЭ

There has been a pursuit in one direction, now there is going to be a reversal to apostolic times, apostolic power and yet greater glory. тАШFor the glory of the latter house shall be greater than the former house.тАЩ
Prayer тАУ position yourself like Prophet Elijah to hear the sound of the abundance of rain. It is not just beginning to rain but there is coming a downpour, hear my Father sayingтАжтАШWhosoever will let him drink of this water. I will pour out My Spirit on your sons and your daughters. If youтАЩre thirsty and dry lift your hands to the sky its beginning to pour.тАЩ
– There is coming a great visitation to the earth, unseen, unheard of before.
I hear the Lord saying:
тАЬI am visiting My people. I am awakening My people from their slumber at this midnight hour and saying to them – run as a herald and declare that I the King of Glory am coming, make way for Me – This great visitation will bring Me Glory as well as bring judgment in the тАШpulpits and pewsтАЩ as I cleanse My house to make it a glorious bride and a тАШhouse of prayer.тАЩ
тАЬArise repent and seek My face. ItтАЩs the year of My visitation. Arise draw your sword against the enemy of your soul.тАЭ
I hear the Lord saying that He will visit places that would include Hollywood, Dens, Covens, Hideouts, and make His appearance even in other religious places as well, in response to prayer and preaching of the gospel by His faithful ones – and they will hear His voice and respond for has He not said: тАШThe gospel the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes?тАЩ
I see a flight of eagles backed by larger eagles in transit across the globe тАУ would you be one of those to take the Gospel of the Kingdom and the soon coming return of the Lord to the ends of the earth?
Eagles in the prophetic world are symbolic of a prophetic generation.
This is the time of release for тАШYoung EaglesтАЩ that have been in training, waiting patiently to spread their wings and fly. They have the fire of the Lord upon them, and are ready for the battle at hand.
This is the time for тАШOld EaglesтАЩ faithful to their call to take up their position as backup advisory generals with eagle vision to support these тАШYoung Eagles,’ who have GodтАЩs heart and seek His glory.
I hear the Lord saying:
тАЬArise! Spread your wings for the wind of My Spirit comes to lift you up into the heavens.тАЭ
I sense it is time for you to leave your nest and enter into the service of the Lord being empowered as you move into His purposes.
At this grim hour, there will be an overwhelming influence of prophets worldwide endeavoring to put things in order in the lives of GodтАЩs people as they herald the coming of the Lord.
тАШBehold He comes riding on the clouds shining like the sun at the trumpetтАЩs call; lift your voice itтАЩs the year of jubilee, out of ZionтАЩs Hill salvation comes.тАЩ
I see storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and the like – wars, earthquakes that have been prophesied earlier, on their destructive wake тАУ a world in chaos, disorder despite technological advances with the demise of countless.
He says: тАЬFor My people who walk with Me and long for My return there will be a detour тАУ a thousand may fall at their side, ten thousand at their right handтАжno evil shall befall them and no plague come nigh their dwelling; tragedies will by-pass them; though in this world they will have tribulation yet they will overcome.тАЭ
тАУ Get intimate with God and walk in holiness.
This year the world will be tested with a potential threat of nuclear war. Could this be the beginnings of World War 3?
Hear you nations of the earth opposing the Lord of Glory.
тАЬOh kings and rulers of the earth listen while there is time тАУ serve with reverent fear; rejoice with trembling. Fall down before His Son and kiss His feet before His anger is roused and you perish. I am warning you тАУ His wrath will soon begin but oh the joys of those who trust him.тАЭ
You need to exercise your governmental authority more than ever with the high praises of God and the two-edged sword in your mouth тАУ GodтАЩs Word.
The Lord says:
тАЬYes I am shaking the heavens and the earth as well тАУ people who are in and out of churches. My judgment has fallen on My house for those who have made it a den of thieves, a marketplace. Repent or perish! тАУ
тАЬLukewarm churches will be extinct for I spew them out of My mouth.тАЭ
тАЬPastoral leadership I have called you to feed My people with the truth of My Word and cause them to be the light and salt of the earth and walk in My ways, if not beware I will remove your candlesticks. I demand that My Son takes His rightful place in your assemblies, for My Church is not called to be a тАШplay churchтАЩ but a тАШhouse of prayer. Therefore repent!тАЭ
A call to fast and pray in preparedness for His appearance; prepare, prepare, prepare!
The good news is that there is going to be a return of a number of backslidden because of the prayers of the saints.
The Lord welcomes the repentant and contrite of heart and exhorts the humble and prayerful.
The Lord says:
тАЬIf my people that are called by name shall humble themselves, gather in prayer seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven forgive their sins and heal their land.тАЭ
The Lord says:
тАЬFor My people who walk with Me and trust Me, you will be plenteous in goods distributing to the needy тАУ even during seasons of scarcity.тАЭ

Extra-ordinary phenomena with much angelic activity, angelic appearances on the rise.
Extra-ordinary miracles will become naturally supernatural.

Translocations – reports of people appearing and disappearing from one place to another will be more apparent.
Heavenly portals opening at various places; shutting down of demonic ones.
Mumbai City becoming an avenue for portals; an influx of prophets – keep praying and decreeing.
Unexpected doors opening for people to minister in countries apart from their own.
Supernatural wealth transfer.
Open heavens at many geographical points including cities.
I see windmills in Gujarat, Orissa symbolizing winds of the Spirit doing a new spiritual work тАУ nourishment from the Lord and revival fires.
I see United States 0f America acknowledging the sovereignty of God, though experiencing a tunneling – cocoon experience at the onset but eventually emerging like a magnificent multi-colored butterfly, a blazing trail, coalitionтАж
Revival in Israel – New Year 5778, open door, new beginnings, manifest presence, manifest sons, double blessingтАж
New creative methodology for speeding up the spread of the gospel and collection of harvest; His ways are ingenious His methods are sure and certain!
The curse and decree against your destiny is being reversed by the ‘Courts of Heaven.тАЩ
A move towards intercontinental travel via passports – visas obsolete.
A whole island will submerge and other islands emerge.
Cancer-cure discovery, economical not astronomical.

People may doubt the existence of angels, but GodтАЩs Word is clear about their existence. There are heavenly beings assigned to Believers waiting for them to give them daily assignments.┬аHebrews 1:14 says angels are “ministering” spirits sent to minister to the heirs of salvation. Who are these heirs? You and me! Angels are part of God’s covenant promise of divine protection for us who believe in Him; however, it takes faith to activate angelic power in your life. I┬аam a witness to the realm of angels, one of them being, receiving a mandate from the Lord through the Angel 0f Prophets to begin the school of the prophets тАУ which gave birth to the тАШEagle Vision School 0f Prophets International.тАЩ
Psalms 103:20 says, “Bless the Lord, ye his angels that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. Bless ye the Lord, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his that do his pleasure.” One of the keys to releasing angels in your life is to speak the Word of God because they hearken to the voice of God’s Word. They will not work on your behalf until you speak the Word of God.
The Bible says in Psalms 91:11, 12 “For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.” God has made provision for your divine protection. It is part of your covenantal right as a Christian. All you have to do is: receive it by faith and instruct your angels on a daily basis.
In Daniel 3, God sent angels to rescue three young men from a fiery furnaceтАФShadrach, Meshach, and AbednegoтАФbecause they trusted God and refused to bow down to another god. Because of their faith in God and His protection, the eyes of their persecutors were opened, and the king of the land had no option but acknowledge the God of Israel. Daniel 3:28┬аGod sends angels to protect His servants. Here are some keys to activate angelic protection.
TRUST: When you are truly committed, your trust is empowered. When you trust God despite prevailing troubling circumstances, you demonstrate that commitment to Him. And that kind of trust will enable you to release your angels with confidence Psalms 34:7. God, on the other hand, is committed to those who believe His Word Luke 1:45, Matthew 18:10. You have to believe God will protect you and angels will carry out this aspect of your salvation at your command.
SERVICE: Being in service to God and His Kingdom motivates angelic protection Psalms 91:11
PRAYER: Prayer will release angels on your behalf Matthew 26:51-53. Jesus said God would have sent twelve legions of angels to His rescue had He prayed for them.
NAME OF JESUS: Angels will hearken to us when we call upon His Name Hebrews 1:6
COMMAND (Instruct) – You have to instruct your angels and give them assignments before they can work for you. You will receive their assistance when you speak the Word of God Psalms 103:20 тАУ for they hearken to the voice of His Word upon our lips.
Get your angels involved in your protection and walk free from all kinds of fear daily.
Psalm 51:16-17: тАШYou do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.тАЩ In this scripture, David the psalmist tells us here is that firstly God is not interested in externals. Although sacrifices and offerings are necessary He does not want them to be first and foremost. If external practices of religion are all we have in our lives then God takes no pleasure in them. They are only superficial. He looks below the surface at the heart, motive, and attitude.
He tells us that the sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: тАЬA broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.тАЭWhat is this тАШbroken spiritтАЩ that God desires? He does not want to crush us, beat us down or humiliate us. If we have a broken spirit it means we have come to the end of all our independence, self-will and self-righteousness; the end of our own resources, a place where we have no hope but in God; we turn to Him for His mercy and faithfulness, clinging only to Him not our own merits.
There are many experiences in life that can break our hearts such as disappointments, deaths, hurts, failures, and so on. At such times we may feel lonely and forsaken. The wonderful promise is that the Lord is close to those who are тАШbroken hearted and crushed in their spirit.тАЩ The Lord Jesus is close to us at such times. We must allow him to heal our broken hearts.
What does scripture tell us? Psalms 34:18: Isaiah 57:15 – тАЬThe Lord is near to the brokenhearted saves the crushed in spiritтАЭ Matthew 5:2. – тАЬBlessed are those who mournтАжтАЭ Psalms 147:3 – “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”The Lord heals our broken hearts and wants us to minister to others who are likewise experiencing the same. Whenever we experience brokenness in life, we are in a position to be used by the Lord to minister healing and restoration to the broken hearted. The wounds of Jesus minister healing into our lives and through our brokenness into the lives of others if we allow Him. Instead of mourning over heart breaking experiences, we must see the possibility of using them as a channel of healing to others with the compassion and love of Jesus.
Matthew 9:1-8. Jesus told the man to do what he could not; He obeyed, dared to do the impossible and received his miracle! We ought to be like him – after hearing God speak to us in our situation, dare to do the impossible!
DonтАЩt put off for tomorrow what you can do today!
John Osteen, the Father of Joel Osteen, commanded the blind to see, deaf to hear and cripples to walk and they got their miracle! Why? – Like the paralytic who got healed, they dared to do the impossible – тАЬIt always seems impossible until itтАЩs done.тАЭ
Luke 5:5. Jesus commanded Peter to let down his nets for a catch, he hesitated at first because he had caught nothing then he changed his mind: тАЬNevertheless at thy Word I will let down the net.тАЭтАУ He got results when dared to do the impossible.
People may have told you that you wonтАЩt get well. Doctors may have given up on you. And you may have given up on yourself in other areas too тАУ saying: тАЬMaybe IтАЩm destined to remain single I will have to get used to itтАжIтАЩve been brought up in a poor family let me content to stay the way I am.тАЭ
You have the power to change these facts with the truth of GodтАЩs Word when you dare to do the impossible тАЬNevertheless at Thy Word I Will Act?тАЭ – Believing GodтАЩs Word is acting on it – James 2:20тАУ тАЬFaith without works—is dead.тАЭ
– Your choice determines your destiny
Saying you believe and not acting like you do is dead faith – Faith sees the invisible, believes the incredible and receives the impossible. Faith brings God in the picture. Act As If It Was Impossible to Fail – Be a History Maker and a World Shaker

Faith is to be acted in the present. Acting on the Word brings it to pass now! Hoping keeps your blessings in the future.

How do we know?
He built the ark acting as though God told him the truth about the flood and safety.
The Paralytic believed.
How do we know?
Jesus said, тАЬArise!тАЭ – He acted like he could and found he was healed!
Has God spoken to you? тАУ Find His word in your situation, act like it is true and receive your miracle.
There is a story told of an old lady in Texas badly afflicted with arthritis, could hardly walk. The preacher commanded the demon of arthritis to leave her and it did. But she seemed no better. She still hobbled – Three days later she came for prayers, the preacher told her to go back as she was healed. A little later people saw her running around. Why? – Because she dared to do the impossible. She acted on GodтАЩs Word and God kept His Word.
Many have lived for years with fears. The devil may have told that you cannot live a normal life, you will continue to be sick, you cannot get married; you cannot have children; you will always be poorтАУ do not believe his lies, rebuke him! Act on what God spoke to you personally dare to do the impossible! тАЬGod always watches over His word to perform it.тАЭ Jeremiah 1:12
Impossible only means that you havenтАЩt found the solution yet.
Another story – A dog had the habit of chasing cars. His master decided to chain him to the tree. Every time a car sped along he leaped but was limited by the collar and the chain. Finally, he gave up. When his master found he had improved he unbuckled the collar of the chain so he could easily move out of it. He was surprised to find that even though cars sped along his dog was unable to run after them because he still felt the collar and did not realize his master had loosened it.
Jesus came all the way to destroy the works of the devil and set the oppressed free. 1 John 3:8; Acts 10:38. He loosed everyoneтАЩs collar. Act like you are free do the impossible.
тАЬYou shall know the truth and the truth shall set you freeтАЭ
A young boy of fifteen afflicted with club feet from birth, walked painfully on the side of his ankles for years. He heard the gospel preached about the Master coming to set the captives free. He believed, acted out his faith, dared to do the impossible. His feet went flat on the ground; he discovered Jesus had set him free!
Believe and act as if it were impossible to fail!
You can get anything you desire in life – Marriage Church Growth, Business or whatever
Three Famous 3Ds you ought to remember to do the impossible. Dream [thought]; Declare [word]; Do [act]
Here is an example of what singles desiring marriage could do.
DREAMтАжyour marriage children home. Keep that picture vivid and alive in your imagination. Your marriage mate in love with you, a worshipper, financially well off, children successful walking in GodтАЩs ways! Conquer your past by focusing on your future – First dream your painting then paint your dream – How big would you dream if you knew you couldnтАЩt fail?
DECLARE The Prophet may have said, тАЬI see a door opening and the right manтАжring on your finger.тАЭ God may have assured you of marriage by His word.
SAY [accordingly]: тАЬMy тАШdivine selectтАЩ has come to present me with his wedding ring. Thanks be to God my matchmaker. I am no longer single but married to GodтАЩs choice, the joy of my life with a home of my own. We are one – no one can separate what God has joined 2 Chronicles 20:20, Genesis 2:18, Psalms 68:6, Matthew 19:6тАЭ.
DOтАжPut your faith in action. Show you believe God as though he told you the truth. For – тАЬHe who acts on GodтАЩs Word hath.тАЭ Buy a special ring, wedding veil, silver shoes, bow-tie, suitтАж as a reminder!
Be a history maker and a world shaker!
Be Grateful, for gratitude is a magnet for favor – In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Put this teaching in practice daily! Dare to do the impossible.
A little child had a vivid but frightful dream one night. She woke up weeping. Mama! Mama! Mama! It is very dark. The mother put on the lights and picked her up. Still,┬аshe cried out – it is very dark! Her mother consoled her and told her it was only a dream. She then asked her to explain herself тАУ The little child said that she was playing in the garden in bright sunlight.
Suddenly she was overshadowed with a very large dark cloud that covered the sunlight totally. Her mother encouraged her with a song to let the light of Jesus shine through her and dispel the darkness.
тАжThis little light of mine IтАЩm going to let it shineтАжтАЭ
This world is in darkness brought by the Prince of darkness, the evil one who comes to kill, steal and destroy John 10 тАУ sin, sickness, spiritual death, demonic activity negative thinkingтАж in the neighborhood, families, and churches as well.
Those that are sensitive in the spirit can sense heaviness or lightness in the atmosphere amidst people or homes. People do carry that kind of atmosphere – negative, positive or in-between. Homes, towns, villages, cities carry atmospheres.
A Church can be vibrant or passive тАУ depending on the atmosphere the pastor and congregation carry. No spray, scent, orderliness, screen exhibits┬аor even thought-provoking sermons or organization can change the spiritual atmosphere тАУ but there is good news. Dull heavy atmospheres can be changed! As a glory carrier, you can bring in the holy presence of God тАУ that changes lives and atmospheres.
How will you do that? Isaiah 60:1 тАЬArise shine for your light has come!тАЭ – How will you let the light of God within you shine? – Be a moving light not static!
Encourage, exhort, comfort and build. Preach the gospel the good news to all around at every opportunity you get, it will change the atmosphere. Romans 1:16; John 6:63 – God is light and in Him there is no darkness at all.. You were once darkness, now you are lightтАжLive as children of light.тАЩ Ephesians 5:8.
You have power to turn on the light.
Why sit in darkness? – You have power to turn on the light and see darkness flee. Be conscious of GodтАЩs presence all the time with you тАУread & speak the word. Be an oracle, a spokesman for God.
Jesus is the light and the Word of God is light. You are a child of the lightтАжWhen you focus on Jesus and His Word, darkness will flee.
The city of Samaria, bound in deception and sorcery, heard the Gospel and there was joy in the city. Acts 8:8
Decree prophetic words of blessing – Many love to be doomsday prophets, they like to prophesy a critical atmosphere instead of an encouraging atmosphere. They say they have discerning of spirits. But all you find is a тАШfault-finding-ministry.тАЩ The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.тАЩ Proverbs 18:21 – You create your atmosphere with your words тАУ Be a New Testament Prophet!
You need to decree prophetic life-giving words that would transform the atmosphere. Declare what the Lord is doing instead of what the enemy is doing.
Genesis 1 tells us that the earth atmosphere was dark and empty. God then spoke a тАШlet there beтАЩ word, the atmosphere changed and there was – Light and Life.
Jesus said, тАШThe thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.тАЩ John 10:10. When we speak in agreement with what Father is speaking, creative power is released to fulfill His plans. No word from God will ever fail. Luke 1:37
There will be a shift in the atmosphere when we declare the goodness and purposes of God. When we decree blessing over people, situations and over ourselves there will be a life-giving impact. Even in the natural watch how situations change when you decree blessings on someone saying – You are blessed and highly favored; May you experience a big breakthrough in your business and so on. You need to declare what the Lord is doing instead of what the enemy is doing
We ought to learn to pray with praise and thanksgiving 1 Thessalonians 5:17; Philippians 4:6
Let the people praise thee O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase and God even our own God shall bless usтАжand all the ends of the earth shall fear Him. Psalms 67:5-7
What will you do?
You can shift the atmosphere from darkness to light so that there is joy in the world around you. All you have to do isтАжтАШтАШThis little light of mine IтАЩm going to let it shineтАжтАЭ
Let Us Pray Father may I be a prophetic voice to the Church and to the Nations declaring your goodness and purposes, prophesying тАШatmosphereтАУtransformingтАЩ life changing words. May I let Your light shine through me that people may see the good works I do and praise and glorify You! In JesusтАЩ Name!
Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.
Both words ‘Arise’ and ‘Shine’ indicate a positive change in line with JeremiahтАЩs prophetic word тАУ тАЬI know the plans I have for you,тАЭ declares the LORD, тАЬplans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.тАЭ [Jeremiah 1:5; 3 John 2]
Acts 12 PeterтАЩs chains fell off prison doors opened when the Angel walked inтАж
Jesus is alive, He rose from the dead. If you received Him and are born-again, He is the light that shines within you. You may be overwhelmed, feel imprisoned with problems and difficulties, but turn your eyes upon Jesus who lives within you and your face will shine. You certainly will not be put to shame. Psalms 34:5.
Since Jesus came into my heart, Floods of joy o’er my soul like the sea billows roll
Acts 14 When Paul said to the impotent man тАЬArise!тАЭ he leaped and walked. John 5:7-8 A sick impotent man was healed by Jesus at the Pool of Bethesda. The sick man answered Him, тАЬSir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me – Jesus said to him, тАЬRise, take up your bed and walk.тАЭ And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. – “It’s not whether you get knocked down it’s whether you get up.”
Your prison doors were opened, your chains fell off the day Jesus walked in. Though your finance, business, marriage or health may be down, there is hope, for Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever Hebrews 13:8. And you can be assured that the plans He has for you are for good and not evil, to give you a wonderful future.
Trust in the Lord and not in your own understanding; acknowledge Him and He will direct your path into that glorious future He has for you.
“Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.”
Therefore fix your gaze on Lord Jesus and his Word, come out of those prisons and be blessed. All you need to do is believe and declare it! Tell others they are free too! “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.”
Light up your world for Jesus said тАУ You are the light of the world Matthew 5:14-15. And we know that our light is from His light.
If you traveled by air at night, you would see darkness through the window. But as the plane descends to land, you would see flickers of light of cars and houses. One light can make a difference in a dark world. No wonder Jesus said you are like the city on a hill which cannot be hidden. Child of God you cannot be hidden. Your light is shining. Let it shine brightly. Why? тАУ Because тАЬNations will come to your light and kings to the brightness of your radiance.тАЭ Isaiah 60:3. Unbelievers, influential people, celebrities will come to you because GodтАЩs glory is shining through you. You will draw them to Jesus! So light up your world.
Shine, Jesus, shine Fill this land with the Father’s glory Send forth Your Word, Lord And let there be light
Do the works of Jesus, for Jesus said: тАЬ…he who believes in me the works I do he will do and greater works too. And he will do anything you ask [demand] in his Name. John 14:12-14. When we use JesusтАЩ Name, He Himself does the work. Peter demanded the cripple at the temple to be healed in JesusтАЩ Name and he got healed Acts 3. He was, in fact, demanding the devil to leave him. All power and authority are in JesusтАЩ Name.
You as GodтАЩs child are valuable. You as a believer have a ministry to Encourage; Exhort; Comfort; Build; Reconcile; Deliver; Heal by the laying on of hands.
Say: The Name of Jesus belongs to me. Whatsoever I demand in His Name according to His Word He will do it. So in the Name of Jesus I will Encourage, Exhort, Comfort, Build, Reconcile, Deliver and Heal by the laying on of hands. I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.
Galations 5:22-23
I read a beautiful example of Kindness which I would like to narrate.
тАЬLeaving a store, I returned to my car only to find I had locked my keys and cell phone inside. A teenager riding his bike saw me kick a tire and say a few choice words.
тАЬWhatтАЩs wrong? He asked – I explained my situation.
тАЬI said even if I could call my wife she canтАЩt bring me her car key since itтАЩs our only car.тАЭ
He handed me his cell phone – тАЬCall your wife tell her IтАЩm coming to get her key.тАЭ
тАЬWell, thatтАЩs seven miles round tripтАЭ I replied
тАЬDonтАЩt worry about itтАЭ he said.
An hour later, he returned with the key. I offered him money, but he refused.
He said letтАЩs just say I needed the exerciseтАЭ
What was that? тАУ Kindness!
The Fruit of the Spirit is our testimony before men that we are spiritual beings it is the proof of spiritual maturity. God expects His fruit to manifest in all seasons. The fruit is God-given and God driven. The attitude of a believer towards his neighbor must manifest the fruit of the Spirit even in tough times. Tough times, by the way, do not last, tough people do.
Kindness is a lifestyle – the medium through which the love of Jesus becomes tangible. Kindness is the language the deaf can hear and blind can see.
A primary school said this – Kindness is like a garden, kind thoughts are roots, kind words are blossoms kind deeds are fruits.
Our world is full of people who insult those around them, donтАЩt open doors for old people and people with groceries, laugh at the misfortunes of others and try to show their superiority by dragging others down. – Yet there are also many people who let others go ahead of them in line, compliment those around them, hurry to open doors for people, sympathize with othersтАЩ in their misfortune and show willingness to serve others.
ItтАЩs easy to pick out the people who are showing kindness!
Proverbs 20:28 тАЬMercy and truth preserve the king, and by loving kindness he upholds his throneтАЭ тАУ That is the kind of quality God wants of a leader.
What is kindness?
It is a mind-set well described in Philippians 2:3-4: тАЬLet nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests but also for that of others.тАЭ
Kindness is humbly giving of ourselves in love and mercy to others who may not be able to give us anything back, who sometimes donтАЩt deserve it, and who frequently donтАЩt thank us for it. It is a mindset that leads us to do good to others
Why does God want us to demonstrate kindness? Ephesians 4:31-32
We are tools to extend GodтАЩs loving kindness and mercy and compassion to the world. We are His family so we are to become like Him!
How do we demonstrate more kindness?
Sometimes itтАЩs the little things that mean a lot. For example:
Complimenting others to help brighten their day
Interacting wisely with strangers instead of by-passing them тАУ smiling, helpingтАж
Talk with people who appear lonely
Being kind and even changing routine if possible to make time for others
Being a good giver
Grab every opportunity you get to be kind – they often come around several times a day.
Kindness is not a selfish attempt to get something for ourselves. It is a show of mercy and love to other human beings with no thought of reward.
The Holy Spirit is waiting to release this fruit of kindness through us.
Let us allow Him to help us demonstrate kindness to others.
May we all develop the same type of love and kindness God has for us

Holy Spirit, I have understood that kindness is Your fruit which You desire to manifest through me. You are my helper тАУ help me to grab every opportunity I get to show kindness and make it my lifestyle. In JesusтАЩ Name!
How would you feel if someone broke his promise to you? How would the other feel if you did the same? How would God feel if you broke your promise to Him? – Even the world does not respect people who break promises.
Jeremiah 1:12. God always keeps His Word. So we too should.
BecauseтАжтАЬAs He is, so are we in this world.тАЭ 1 John 4:17. God hears every promise we make and He will hold us accountable for our promises Luke 12:3. Matthew 12:36.
Many Christians do not walk with honesty and integrity. Integrity is doing the right thing, even when nobody is watching. For example: If someone walked out of a store with an article and forgot to pay for it, he should go back and pay for it if he is a person of integrity. тАУ God honors the man who keeps his word. Psalms 12:2-4.
Here are some forms of lying God hates! – You say you will come to church on time and reach late or donтАЩt show up. You say, IтАЩll meet you at the station at a certain time and you donтАЩt show up. You tell your neighbor you stopped by to get some sugar, but the reason was to see the visitors in her home. You got the sugar and saw the visitors too! Telling a person a partial truth is a lie.
“I will call you back tomorrow.” – You donтАЩt call back at the appointed time or call much later date with excuses – You lied. God hates it! – A broken promise is a sin judged by the Lord. Numbers 30:1-2: Leviticus 27:9; Ecclesiastes 5:4; Matthew 5:33-37.
It amounts to a broken trust and relationship. How can we ever be trusted if we donтАЩt keep our word? God expects us to keep our word to the “best of our ability.тАЭ
If God doesnтАЩt keep His word He is no good! If we donтАЩt keep our word, we are no good! You are as good or as bad as your word. You are identified by your words! When people of the world look at you as a Christian do they find the difference?
Broken promises hurt and amount to lying. Repent!
Jesus always kept His Word. God still keeps His Word and is faithful to keep every promise He makes in the Bible. That is why He is reliable and we can trust Him. We are called to be like Him. -Lying causes hurt, disappointment, and disharmony in the body of Christ. It makes people lose respect, creates conflicts destroys relationships.
Matthew 5:37 – If you keep your word, people will respect you and follow your lead.
Tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth. If you value your word, you will be careful to keep it. When circumstances out of control – apologize, make facts known in advance.
Two main reasons we lie are тАШFearтАЩ of consequences; and тАШPride,тАЩ manтАЩs approval. What others think of us?
Are Christians guilty of lying? тАУ Very much!
What happens when people make it a habit to lie? Lake of Fire Revelation 21:8.
Is there hope? Yes! Repent!
Ask God to help you keep your word; be determined to keep your word. When circumstances are out of control – apologize, make facts known in advance.
Conclusion: – God always keeps His Word so must we. Breaking our promise to God or to another would amount to broken trust and relationship. It makes people lose respect, creates conflicts and destroys relationships. You are as good as your Word. Let us pray тАУ Father, forgive me for lying at times. Help me never to break my promises to You and to others. Help me to keep my word. And whenever I am unable to, apologize and make the facts known in advance. In Jesus Name!
